A residential home for Yoganga Healing

A space where healing can deepen.

For many years, Yoganga Healing has supported students through yoga, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, meditation, philosophy, and personal healing sessions. Soham Retreat was created as a natural extension of this work—a peaceful place where students can stay within the practice and allow their journey to unfold more deeply.

At Soham, accommodation, sattvic meals, daily practices, nature, silence, and personal guidance come together to create a complete residential experience.

“Healing is not forced. It is allowed—when we become present enough to listen.”
