Perhaps you have been feeling...
Some emotions become difficult to carry alone.
You may understand a situation mentally and still feel unable to respond differently. We believe healing begins with understanding, but it deepens through embodiment. Real change happens when new ways of breathing, feeling, responding, and living gradually become part of your everyday experience.
🟠 Stress or anxiety
Your mind remains active and your body finds it difficult to settle.
🟠 Emotional heaviness
You feel overwhelmed, tired, or unable to explain what is weighing on you.
🟠 Grief or loss
You are carrying sadness after a loss, separation, disappointment, or life change.
🟠 Relationship pain
A relationship has left you feeling hurt, rejected, dependent, or confused.
🟠 Anger & reactivity
Strong reactions keep returning, even when you want to respond differently.
🟠 Difficulty letting go
You know something has changed or ended, but part of you remains attached.
The programme can also support suppressed emotions, guilt, fear, low self-worth, loneliness, burnout, inner conflict, and repeated emotional patterns..
Understanding the process
What is emotional healing?
Emotional healing is not about suppressing difficult feelings or forcing positivity. It is a gradual process of understanding what you feel, recognising the pattern beneath it, and creating enough inner space for the emotion to soften.
Yet awareness alone does not always create lasting change. Healing becomes embodied when a calmer breath, a steadier response, greater self-acceptance, and healthier ways of relating begin to arise naturally in daily life.
The purpose is not to erase the past, but to reduce how strongly it shapes your present thoughts, reactions, relationships, and sense of self.
A safe and personalised space
Each session is shaped around your present emotional needs. Through healing conversation, breath awareness, relaxation, meditation, and self-observation, you begin to understand how emotions are held in the mind and body.
You are not pressured to share more than you are ready to discuss, and no emotional release is forced.
Your four-session journey
From Understanding to Embodied Change
The journey is completely personalised. These four stages describe the general direction of the process rather than a fixed curriculum.

The Yoganga Approach
Healing Is Not Only Understanding. It Is Embodiment.
Many people already understand why they feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally hurt, or stuck in repeated patterns. Yet intellectual understanding alone may not change the way the body reacts or the way we respond in daily life.
Healing becomes embodied when the body begins to feel safer, the breath becomes softer, the nervous system settles, and new responses gradually replace old habits.
Yoganga Healing combines conversation with personalised practices such as breathwork, Yoga Nidra, meditation, body awareness, and home practice. This allows insight to be experienced, repeated, and gradually lived.
Awareness
See what is present with honesty and care.
Experience
Let insight be felt through breath, body, and practice.
Repetition
Return gently to new responses until they become familiar.
Embodiment
Live the change through everyday breathing, feeling, and responding.
A personalised pathway—not a fixed formula. Each practice is adapted to your present needs and readiness.
A holistic approach
Practices may be selected according to
your needs
No two emotional journeys are identical. Sunil Sharma selects and adapts each practice according to your comfort,
readiness, and present situation. The purpose is not only to understand an insight, but to experience and repeat it
until it begins to influence the way you feel and live.
Healing Conversation & Self-Observation
A supportive space to express what you feel, understand emotional patterns, and observe reactions with greater clarity.
Breathwork & Pranayama
Gentle breathing practices to calm emotional agitation, regulate energy, and support inner steadiness.
Meditation, Yoga Nidra & Relaxation
Guided practices to settle the mind, soften the body, and create space for deeper emotional awareness.
Body & Chakra Awareness
Notice how emotions are held in the body and use suitable chakra awareness practices to restore balance.
Acceptance, Forgiveness & Gratitude
Personalised practices to support emotional release, self-acceptance, forgiveness, gratitude, and a more embodied relationship with yourself.
Mantra & Personal Home Practice
Simple practices may be suggested between sessions so that insight can be repeated, experienced, and gradually embodied in everyday life.
Why this journey works
Why More Than One Session?
Insight may arise in one conversation. Embodiment develops through practice.
Lasting transformation usually develops through repetition, gentle guidance, and personalised practices that become
familiar over time. Each session allows you to observe what has changed, explore what remains difficult, and adapt the
practices to your present needs.
This is why Emotional Healing is offered as a four-session journey rather than a single consultation.

Insight
A clear moment of understanding can arise in a single conversation.

Practice
Breath, rest, awareness, and simple practices help insight become experience.

Repetition
Through repetition, new responses become more natural and more available.

Embodiment
Over time, healing becomes something you live—not only something you understand.
Possible benefits
You may begin to feel lighter, clearer, and more connected with yourself.
Healing often appears gradually—not only as greater understanding, but as a softer reaction, a calmer body, clearer boundaries, or a growing ability to respond differently.
✔ Better emotional clarity
✔ Feeling lighter
✔ Reduced reactivity
✔ Greater acceptance
✔ More self- compassion
✔ Healthier boundaries
✔ Better emotional expression
✔ Improved ability to let go
