  • Deepening personal practice

Guided conscious rest that helps the body soften, the mind settle and deeper tension begin to release.

04 · Yogic Philosophy

Practical teachings on the mind, emotions, suffering, awareness and how yoga can be lived in everyday life.

05 · Yoganga Healing

A private session with Sunil ji for guided reflection, self-understanding, release and clearer inner direction.
